Shipping policy
If you place your order before 2pm (UK time) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, we’ll make every effort to ship it the same day.
For weekend orders, our goal is to dispatch them on Monday (unless it's a UK public holiday).
While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur during peak periods like new product launches or sales.
Once your order has been picked, packed, and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We ship from the UK and do our best to ship internationally where possible for us to do so through our shipping partners.

Additional international services (selected territories)
In some territories, we may also offer DPD Lite and DPD Classic shipping options. Availability, pricing, and time estimates will be shown at checkout where these services are supported.
Last-mile delivery (important)
Free Shipping, DPD Lite, and Standard International services may be delivered by national postal carriers for the last mile, depending on the destination country and local network coverage. Tracking may continue under the local carrier once handed over.
* Delivery Estimates - These are the delivery estimates provided by our shipping partners and apply from point of dispatch, not from point of sale. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot control any delays after that point.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES ON MY ORDER IF I’M LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
European Union (EU) customers — VAT / IOSS
Because we ship from the UK, EU orders may be subject to import VAT and (for higher value orders) customs duties.
Orders under €150: We send these using IOSS with taxes pre-paid at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no additional taxes or duties.
How to tell what applies to your order:

If you see a breakdown of taxes at checkout, taxes are collected and paid for you at checkout (IOSS for eligible orders under €150).

If you do not see a breakdown of taxes at checkout, your order is over the IOSS limit and import VAT/duties and/or carrier handling fees may be charged by customs/carrier before delivery.
Want DDP for EU orders over the IOSS limit?
If you want your order shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for orders over €150 (so duties/taxes are handled up-front), please contact us before ordering and we can provide pricing. Email orders@everythingsmart.io with the items you’d like and your delivery address.
United States (USA) customers — final price at checkout
For customers in the United States, any applicable import charges (including tariffs/duties and taxes) are handled at checkout, so the price you pay at checkout is the final price and you should not be asked to pay additional charges on delivery.
All other international customers
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
