Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective,
- Damaged, or
- You received the incorrect item.
This allows us to assess the issue promptly and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items, and
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
